An awful place. I do not recommend Waterford (7445 N. Sheridan, Chicago 60626). There are employees there who argue amongst themselves, scream at polite residents and who frequently put residents at risk by neglecting them when they need help. Chaotic environment. Worse on weekends.I wish I'd met the CNAs, etc. beforehand. Some are really terrible.

My friend's relative is at this place and he wants him to get out of there as soon as he can. From what he told me, this is a very very horrible, nasty place, where patients are neglected all the time.
