the administrative staff at this facility is very unprofessional, and this facility is operated on pure favoritism, the administrator use to be a very unexperienced nurse turned administrator. the employee morale is extremely low to the point that most of the employees only to work to receive their check. most of the residents are unhappy and if they are able to comprehend don't even bother to attend the resident council meetings, the activities for the cognitive residents are a joke, most residents rather stay in their rooms or just simply give up. the rehab department is a torture chamber for the residents that are convinced to even attend their hearts are simply not in it, i've witnessed residents just sitting their staring at the walls while the rehab staff play on their phone. the nurses don't bother to encourage the resident to take their meds in the residets refuse there is no second chance to encourage them to take the medicine they just toss it and move on to the next, the food isn't even worth mentioning "TERRIBLE" is the only word to describe it. "PROFIT" is the only word for this place, compassion, committment, dignity and respect doesn't exist there unless the "STATE" is there or if they know they are comming. if this place is to have a chance on becomming a quality place to live the "ADMINISTRATIVE staff needs to be replaced A S A P!!!!
