AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
The staff is rude and inattentive. I watched my grandmother hit the nurse button because her catheter was leaking on her bed. I verified that the light was on for the nurse. 30 minutes later…. NO ONE HAS SHOWED! I had to go to the nurses station and pitch a fit to get someone to help her.
As my grandmother said "you hit the nurse button in an emergency, you die." Thats pretty messed up.
