I do not know how anyone can say anything but good things about this place and the staff there. My grandmother was there for 5 years from 2009-2014 when she passed and the care was always exemplary . Whenever i had a concern or issue the director of nursing or the administrator would immediately rectify the matter. Never any attitude no problem these ladies do their job along with the rest of the employees there. There are always going to be problems but the staff here bent over backwards to provide solutions and resolutions to us. Five stars all the way!!!!
