An absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!! Rude and boderline abusive. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. The worst expierence of my life. Wouldnt wish for my worst enemy to have to expierence this place. The care was essentially NONE

I am sorry that you had such a bad exprience at centralia manor! I have had my grandma in there several times for the bounce back program and it was wonderful the staff was very helpful and kind on getting grandma back on her feet. i would advise you to check out the other homes in the area as i have had other family members at those nursing homes and they are disgusting dirty and have a horrible urine smell. Again i say i am sorry for your exprience but my advice would be not to trash talk them you may be desperate and need them some day.
Wow! I don't know what nursing home you are reviewing, but my experience was amazing! The food was great, the staff was great and they even did my nails for free! I have been recommending Centralia Manor to all of my friends at church. Next time I need to stay at a nursing home, you better believe it'll be at Centralia Manor! I loved it there!
