My name is Thomas Schrock. I can only speak on what I saw. Each time I went there my Dad was dressed and out of the bed. I went there at different times of the day. Elsa to me seemed to be very smart at her job. She also spoke to my Dad as a person and not an object. If your looking for a small and family type place this is it.
