Review of Creekside Transitional Care and Rehabilitation

Poor. It takes several requests over a period of days to even get items that were supposed to be in the rooms to begin with--if one gets them at all. Most of the staff are nice enough, but they definitely have some nurses who need to be let go. No competent nurse needs to take blood pressure readings 5 times each time before getting it right. Food isn't very good, the equipment is really old, and I can't imagine anyone going to this place of his or her own free will. My relative is only there because Blue Cross refused to pay for anything else.
