This facility is understaffed for the amount of patients that live or are treated on a long/short term stay. Patients are often left unattended for too long; the two hour check sometimes goes over 4hrs or more. Often a patient that has no control over their kidneys/bowels will not be changed for hours. Patients are not given adequate hygiene on a daily basic. Bed linen needs to be changed more often and rooms cleaned. The meals are often cold by the time given to the patients. Some meals should be planned better for the patients that have health issues; example: spicy foods for a patient with acid reflex causes problems for the patient. Patients deserve the best quality care whether long or short term stay.
