I give it a 2only because the rehab part is so good. The nursing is horrible. They do not understand colostomys at all. Will not listen to the family about how it was dine at the hospital. Waste supplies. Some of the CNA's are good but others do not seem to care. Maybe if your loved one has no real special need it would be okay.
