I was admitted to Signature in the Spring of 2011 for three weeks after leaving Piedmont Hospital. Between the two facilities I was hospitalized for 55 days. My condition was quite serious and the staff was well aware of it. I can't say enough about how I was treated at Signature.
An RN assigned to the 3rd floor was very professional, caring and would go out of her way to see if I was comfortable before retiring. One particular CNA was extremely wonderful and always made sure I was ready to shower, had the right kind of food and was comfortable and satisfied.
The therapy staff was great and responsible for me persevering and being able to walk again. My room was clean and well taken care of. Recently, I returned to Signature to visit two of my fellow church members, and I was welcomed with "open arms."
