The first thing is the staff gives a good first impression . But after you get there things change . The office staff has bad attitude .Residents belongings such as cloths, blankets, and even personal items start to dissapear you think that your family is being taken care of but there not. They hire anybody thats willing to drive the distance not someone who cares about the resident. my family member has several falls and nothing was done to protect her against them . The facility is in very much need of repairs. I have actually seen the CMAs laying in the sun in the back. The CMA's there don"t care about the residents . The facility is under staffed and to many things are going on that the Owner should do something about. Don't get fooled by there first impression your family member could be harmed.
