Place is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and not abusive. Food is very good. However medical care and followup is extremely poor to the point of neglect. They never looked at records I delivered to discover they had issues to manage even though I mentioned on admission. And after several face to face meetings and several phone calls over a two month period no tests have been done or doctor appointments scheduled. A patient fell out of bed one night and it took over 20 min for staff to respond to the call button. Not acceptable and looking to move.
