Review of Manorcare Health Services West Palm Beach

I would advise any family against putting a loved one in this facility. My 84 yo Granmother went there for rehab after a hospital stay. The first thing you will notice is all the call buttons going off and no one coming to help. My Grandma asked for help getting from the bathroom to the bed. The Aides stood there, told her she had to do it herself and watched her fall on the floor. All staff was nice and helpful during the day when we were there. However my grandmother and her roommate reported they were mean to them at night. We got my Grandma out of there in a week
