For the "dignity" of the resident, we are no longer providing pull ups for incontinence! How dare they say for the "dignity" of the resident. For a person who is mildly incontinent, the diapers are a disgusting waste. They are cheap, don't fit and are not effective. After a long discussion with the administrator (at least the 4th one this year),instead of diapers, pads are being provided, These are period pads, not incontinence pads. They are as worthless as the diaper. They provide no protection at all. For the remaining time my mom has on this earth, I want her to retain as much dignity as possible. This is not doing it! Every time there is a administration change, the whole place changes and not for the better. The employees walk on egg shells. I have seen many wonderful people either loose their job or quit. Something has to be done about this issue.
