DANGER- DO NOT place a loved one here. Staff neglected 81 year old post orthopedic patient. Legs were swollen for two days and staff did nothing. Family member had to call personal doctor to get tests ordered. Test revealed clots in leg. Parkway doctor did not order subsequent testing which revealed clot in lung. Patient was hospitalized to stabilize and there was also an infection in the leg.
Money was stollen from purse.
Incompetent Staff
