It wss difficult enough to lose my mother, but the lack of financial reaponsibilty this care center has not shown is reason for my #1 rating.
My mother died June 18, 2012 at Cross Breeze. Today is Jul 30, 2012 and I have yet to receive reimbursement for the days my mother over paid. I have had 6 telephone calls with Elizabeth at corporate, who continues to give me excuses as to why my mother's refund has not been forward. I had POA over my mother's affairs and and am late on my personal expenses because Cross Breeze has not returned money owed to me. The amount due to me is over $860.00. Very disappointing and this situation has added a great deal of unnecessary stress to my family & me.
