I am being generous giving one star. Garden Unit is poorly staffed by substandard employee's. Beware, especiallly if your loved one can't tell you how they are being treated when you are not there. I had tried to advocate for better care and diet relevent to my mothers condition. I was constantly met with opposition by this facility. Mom had CHF. She was given a high sodium diet. She had extreme edema in her legs. Her wheelchair had not leg lifts to keep them elevated. I question the Doctor that oversees and prescribes medication. I removed her from there because they were killing her with inproper medication, neglect, poor dietary planning,
