The nurses, cna's, and all the rest of the staff are great but the management is questionable at best. I felt like my grandfather got quality care and was treated with respect. I did however saw the management on more than one occasion act in an unprofessional manner in reference to staff and families of residence.

A very honest review. Sometimes the issues do start at the top, and there are front line staff there just trying to do their job the best they know how with the tools and the time they are provided. Nice to see those workers get the thanks. Problematic issues should be addressed within management so that the clients receive the care they deserve and pay for, be it privately or via insurance.
