The staff does a good job at communication me as a guardian of my uncle. They provide the residents with comprehensive medical and psychiatric care. They attend immediately to the needs of the residents and alert the family of changes with the resident whether it is behavioral or accident related. When I requested assistance from the social worker department with the annual medical summary to provide to the court for the guardianship paperwork they responded very quickly.

This institution is not use to dealing with "hands on" family members. They lack communication. A lot of staff members lack professionalism. When you bring in items for your loved ones, they sit in the social workers office until laundry is able to tag them. If laundry is behind…..oh well. They harass you for payment way before it is due or even if paid within 3 days of the 5th of each month. I would not place my loved one here unless you are very "hands on"!
