We prepaid for 1st month of stay at Lexington, left after 3 weeks.It took over 3 months with alot of calling and arguing for our money to be refunded.
The office and corporate department had no sense of urgency. We kept getting the runaround with different times we could recieve our money. We were very upset over the way this was handled.
