Use as an absolute last resort. Dirty, care lacking, staff spread very thin. Beware of the tour -- go back again in the evening and do a smell tour

As the administrator of Bayside Care Center I am very sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. However, I must point out that in the short time your loved one was at Bayside we were visited by Adult Protective Services and the Ombudsman. Neither found any deficiencies in care nor environment. Bayside takes pride in its survey record and always endeavors to maintain a comfortable and homelike environment for our residents. I sincerely hope that your future experiences are more positive and that your loved one meets all of their goals for recovery. Janet Keller
