What can I say…my grandfather is the oldest resident here. He has always received less than average care. After being a resident here for so long, they still send him food he doesnt care for and he has gone hungry due to horrible food being served here. He has had bed sores on numerous occassions and his diapers stay diry while we wait for someone to clean him up. If you can afford another home, GO! This one is mediocre at most.

You have some nerve to "YOU PEOPLE ARE TO DEMANDING" my dad died from them neglecting him. I can't be there 24 hours and they F*/*//// get paid to be there an take care of my dad. He was running a 105.6 temp., not breathing and ANDREA had the nerve to call my mom and state, " We are sending him to the ER for respitory issues, let us know how he is doing." Seriously he DIED!!!!!! You tell me how demanding I am.. F u
You people are too demanding and unreal. My mother was admitted here. Went thru my denial of accepting that mom has aged and I can't care for her any more. If you compare around. Plantation bay and specially the nursing department are the best. Look Round people God bless these people. After getting abused from our unrealistic expectations they where still kind and understanding. Kudos to an angel their director of nurses Lisset Hernandez. Thank you for always being there.
Yep. That seems to be the norm there. I'm getting my father out ASAP.
