I have mix feeling about this facility. My mother has been in this center for about 5 years. In that time I have encountered numerous issues. I think that most of the staff are well trained and do a great job. On the other hand I feel there are staff who simply show up everyday for a paycheck. I just filed my first greivance as many times I try to work things out without doing this. I visit 2 to 3 times a week and also my sister does the same. Everytime we get things better it lasts for a little while and then things usually go back to where they were. My biggest concern is that they ignore patients needs. I have much more but this would take pages and pages. Just keep a close eye on your love ones.
