AWFUL. Here Dec/Jan 2016.
Dirty: AC not working because filter clogged with lint!
Beds broken, mattresses sagging, no trapezes for ortho patients.
TINY TV can not bee seem from bed.
Bathrooms won't fit a wheelchair!
VILE food and tiny portions
Extremely SHORT STAFFED
PT staff overworked and stressed.
CNAs were the only good thing here.
Social Workers and Administrators ignored complaints as did the corporate office!
ZERO STARS….
