number of RN's well below average. Staff on the Sub-Acute unit have mostly LPN's of which will admit their FIRST job, if not less than a year. Total of 9 Dir.of Nurses in last 2 years, incredible nursing staff turn-over. Why is this? Site requires atleast a star rating to submit.
