It is a very nice building and it is clean. Good things stop there. The Director has a Napoleon Complex and doesn't know what she is talking about when she spouts legal facts. The Director of Social Services things she is the only person in the world that has the well being of the patient in mind. The only Management member worth her salt is the assistant Social Services manager. The nursing staff keep DISGUSTING patient files. There is absolutely no coordination with Therapy and what Therapy is doing. In the Therapy Department the actual therapist that is handling the patient says one thing while the Director of Therapy says something completely different. The man in the finance department is efficient and does his job commendably. Once your patient is admitted it will be HELL getting them out. They want to keep them until every penny is exhausted and Medicare is exhausted. Make you make your voice heard and do it often. If necessary I suggest you get Help with an Elder Law attorney!!!
