Immacuately clean facility. Nursing staff and cna's are very caring but are overwhelmed by their workload. Food is nutritional and ample.
Rehabilitation care is very good although space and equipment is barely adequate
On the negative side:
Response to resident request for assistance is unpredictable. At times it is prompt but more often is very slow or at times resident is ignored.
Outside calls to nursing stations are often times not answered, especially at "off hours"
Weekend coverage for residents seems to lack adequate supervision, and at times has an effect on resident morale.
Concerns presented to top management are often accepted defensively, and time is spent being argumentative and self serving.
Problems reported are usually corrected in the short term but often times revert back to the former status quo.
