I was looking for a place for my father -in-law. My husband and his uncle , who is doctor, went to visit this facility on 10/30/2013 at around 3 pm. They found the place dirty, with all kinds of patients walking around. No nurse in… Full Review

The place is run down, old, and has mold in areas. The Rehabilitation Room looks old and has no equipment. The CNA staff on Sundays just sit in the dining rooms and don't interact with the patients. The third floor is the worst because… Full Review
