The Rooms are way to small. There is no room to bring in anything personal. Their is no visiting area where family and friends can sit comfortably and visit with resident. Food is prepared offsite and brought in, therefore it is not very hot or appealing. There is nothing available provided to the residents in between the regular meals except water and your lucky if you can get that upon request.
The ratio of staff to residents is very low. They do not make the beds every day. They do not bathe them every day or every other day.
On the positive side, all of the staff have been very nice. I feel the facility is just understaffed.
