My Dad has been at two other Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facilities in Orlando and I see a distinct improvement in the staffs' willingness and kindness to help and assist at RCWP. My Dad has improved a great deal in the two or so weeks he has been there. It has been leaps and bounds better than the other two fancier facilities where there was either disdain by the staff for the caring of an elderly person or great disorganization which lead to poorer care. I am quite pleased.
