They did not have the supplies that our aunt needed for her care and did not order them until we took further action. Some of the staff (nurses) are great but others (management) are not cooperative and management is making her stay difficult to try to get rid of her, we believe. We are very unhappy with the care our aunt is receiving at this facility. At first (a few years ago), the care was great but since another management company has taken over the facility and its services, the care has went from 5 stars down to 1 star.
