food is served cold most of the time, no hot water in restroom connecting 125 and 127, takes up to an hour and 45 minutes to get someone to answer page, no aides to take you to the group activtues scheduled for outings, if you cannot get out of your room no choice in meals, nor can you go to outings if you cannot push yourself, my sheets got changed once a week if i was lucky and then only if i asked, sanitation is horrible, bathrooms not cleaned unless you report the housekeeping, showers not cleaned between people, meds not always given so keep track of what you are supposed to take and when
