1star. My love one was neglected here one too many times times. Their neglegence caused her further brain damage. She was dehydrated so severely that she had to be hospitalized. We had to constantly stay on the staff to do their job. They sit at the nursing stations and ignore the calls light. I witness a nurses aide abuse a resident because he didn't want to move out of her way when she relized I was looking she attemted to change her way. They half bathe her on bath days. If you love your family member don't bring them here. We moved our love one to another facility.
