This is my first experience with a facility and hope it will be my last.There seems to be a revolving door when it comes to keeping staff. They have taken in new residents that seem violent and unruley and placed them with residents that have dementia and are wheel chair bound that can't defend themselves. The staff since is always changing is not up to par. I've been watching the decline in this facility for awhile now and find it very upsetting. I give this facility a 0 rating. There are people who sit in their own urine until it smells or is on the floor and there is a puddle. I think there should be more inspections done at nursing homes and they should be unannounced. That's when you can get a true picture of what goes on.
