The place looks beautiful on their website and they get very good ratings, but it is very difficult to get phone calls returned. I called 2 different people in their admissions department, and their nursing home administrator. I left 4 messages, but none of my messages were returned -- and I checked my voice mail. Finally, on my fifth try, I got through to someone in admissions. I would be afraid that if I ever had questions about medical issues, it would be too hard to get any answers.
