This home is to be avoided at all costs. The staff is pushed into working unreasonable patient loads and this forces quality to go rock bottom in this place. Talk to any Nurse or CNA before you make the mistake of admitting someone you love… Full Review

greatest place . Took great care of my mother. The nursing staff is wonderful really know thier stuff the clinical knowledge is far superior to any other facility. The CNA's are caring and go above and beyound. There is great positive energy… Full Review

New owner... I wonder...? Our experience at OCN and Rehab could not have been better. The lovely bird sanctuary in the lobby, the ice cream counter with ice cream socials, the staff... all wonderful, wonderful. My friend stayed for 2 weeks… Full Review
