Do I really have to give them any stars at all?
Not clean, dirty washcloths are left on bed or bedrail after bathing, no follow-up with sanitary wipes or disinfectant. Patients are left to fend for themselves unless a loved one is there to assist or remind staff about feeding, bathing, dressing, etc. Staff leaves frequently to smoke and run errands, then they return to patients smelling like an ashtray. There are probably skidmarks in the parking lot, we could not get our parent out of there fast enough. Find another facility if you care about your loved one.
