Medically, my mother in law has made MAJOR improvements since being @ manor on the green. She seems to have certain aides and nurses that she is particularly fond of and she HATED everyone in her last facility so they must be doing something right. They have made some improvements to the facility since she has been there, it is older so they are trying to update I guess. She seems to be happier then before and they keep a close eye on potential issues (like if she is not eating or drinking enough or if she is not doing therapy). I have never seen a bug or dirty conditions and she complains a lot so if she was left dirty for long believe me we would know it. The business office, the medical staff and the treatment team in wonderful. Most of all she loves Ms. Connie. This type of work would be hard and Ms. Connie is a testament to her profession.
