Review of Crossroads, The

Looking at this facility one would be skeptical of the quality of care they provide. However, after a few weeks of care for my father who is recovering from a heart attack and a spinal compression, there is no place I would rather him be, anywhere! The nursing staff is beyond professional and attentive, they are caring and effective. The quality of the physical therapy is phenomenal and has allowed my father to walk again! His emotional state was in a very dark place but the care he receives there has lifted his spirits immensely and he is happy!

I never understood assisted living commercials that stressed a patient's "dignity" until my father stayed here. Because "dignity" is exactly what he receives every day from every single wonderful staff member of The Crossroads. If I am ever in need of such a place, this is where i would want to stay. There are not enough good words to say about the exceptional quality of care that they provide.
