This is a terrible place!!! The response time to patients is way past the 7 minutes that they say is 'reasonable' and they over-medicate patients (noted on the latest inspection report). It reminds me of the old-fashioned mental institutions. I have seen nursing staff chattering away in the halls when patients are waiting for them.
They do no follow through on notes in the chart unless someone is there constantly to advocate for the patient. The administration will give you 'lip service' but there is no follow through and hard to trust anyone you speak to.
The only positive staff are the rehab people but avoid this place for LTC.
The latest state report gives them 1 star only for quality of life, nursing care and dignity. Find another place for your loved one.

If you had truely read the state report you would see that it had nothing to do with over medicating patients. The citation was actually related to lack of documentation when administering a drug. Please research and get your facts straight before posting such negative comments that are untrue.
