April 7, 2014 No Hot water at this facility today or heat. never were the relatives notified about this today. only that my Mom called me and told me she was so cold. when I called and asked if she had had her shower tonight they said NO, there isnt any hot water ! i told them to put another blanket on her. i go every day and was not informed about the problem today !
