They would do better with some volunteers or perhaps more intensive sensitivity training for the staff. It's very upsetting knowing that if my family did not visit almost daily my relative might not be taken to the bathroom in time or be assisted in feeding herself when needed. And, if you complain and "anger" the staff, God help your poor resident family member. They are not bad, but they could definitely improve.
