At first appearances are good. Many residents have been found w/ their oxygen tanks empty multiple times, residents left w/o being taken to eat, medicines left on the tables w/ multiple residents around and the resident not even being their that the medicines belong to. Residents left in the dining hall w/o nursing staff around, when there is an emergency it takes an extremely long time for a nurse to show up, nursing staff call residents crazy to their face.
