I am in the hospice industry. A few years ago, I'd agree, this place was pretty bad. However, the staff has changed over almost 100% since 2011 and the team there now is incredible and responsive. They have to carry the baggage of history, but at least they have history. Over time, the bugs have been worked out, along with those employees of the past who weren't so responsive to their resident's needs. If you're considering a nursing home in the area, you should really take a 2nd look…they've gotten so much better, I wouldn't hesitate to put my loved one or even myself into WT…for what its worth.
