This facility is the worst of the worst. Here is just a partial list of serious problems:
1) The director Randy will attempt to play favorites and not allow you to see your loved one if instructed by another party not to let you in.
2) Medications are handed out like candy. If your loved one is agitated they will not cure the problem but will pop them a pill.
3) Over medication is constantly happening and what is most concerning staff are unaware of what they are giving to patients.
4) Diabetes are not monitored. You will be lucky if their sugar is checked every week let alone on a daily basis.
5) Doctors visits are non existent and yet staff can continualy give out medications that severly hurt or even kill a patient.
6) The food and service is terrible.
If you do not like your family member and want to hurt or worse then send them to Emeritus. They will not last for long.
