We had an horrible experience at another nursing home and that is the reason we were reluctant to put my mother in a nursing home again. But SoCal just replaced all those bad thoughts with good ones. All the staff were very caring and sincere. Management team is very much involve, they know their patients and they treat each and everyone of them as family. Nurses are very patient with us especially answering our questions and they're very good at what they do. I can't thank them enough for what they did to our family. We have to visit soon, we miss all the smiling faces. SoCal keep doing what you do best, keep up the good work!!! See you all soon!
