This place is horrible! DO NOT EVER send your loved one here. They ignore problems until the patient has to go to the hospital. Something will only be done if family members pay attention and keep after them until they do their job. Don't turn your back on them for a second!

Same thing happened to my Mom, I had to call 911 because she was in so much pain and the nursing staff was just ignoring her. My mother was taken by the paramedics and admitted into Los Robles Hospital for 6 days with a severe urinary tract infection.
Horrible facility!!!!
You are right. It took them less than a month to kill my aunt. In less than 4 weeks she developed a bedsore and dehydrated I had to tell a different person every day she was diabetic.
