This company treats it's workers horrible! While visiting my Grandmother last week I overheard them talking about one of the Nurses. The woman was referring to the nurse in terms very unbecoming! I was shocked! My only thought was how does the woman speak to the Residents?????? Very disappointed. My family is going to look for new home for my grandmother. Now I understand why there are always so many new CNA's & LVN's! I wouldn't care to work for a company that treats employees this disrespectful! Shame on Mission Care Group!!!!
