My Mom got horrible care here, they left metal A and D package in diaper, stood her on her broken leg without cast, I was passing a CNA in the hall who was leaving with breakfast, it was 8.30am she is paralyzed I found her laying flat in a non electric bed, she was awake and the table was far from reach never mind sitting up to eat, no breakfast or water if I didn't show up. They would put the call button on paralyzed side so she couldn't use it. The worst was hearing from her room mate that a CNA slapped her, as she said to me there is only one sound skin on skin makes. Of course they did their own investigation and the CNA was cleared. DONT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!!!!!
