Very very bad!!!!!! under staffed,they just hire a new horrible DSN. She used to work at Santa Cruz Skilled Nursing. She is evil, she has a habit of scaring off staff, the only thing she knows about management is to intimidate staff and employees, firing them then hire her own relatives!! understaffed leads to falls, negligence and further death. They are trying to make more money by cutting staff!! and when things don't go well, they blame it on the staff!!! This new DSN does not know how to run or how to be a profession manger. I feel bad for the patients there. All they think about is profit and money. The new management does not care about human beings at all. when they look at patient, all they see is $ sign!!

We appreciate your feedback. The Director of Nursing you are trying to mention has been long gone. She only stayed here for a few months, and was let go. The new administration started in 2011, and everything is just getting better.
